Founder & Owner

With a passion for making people feel good and a love of learning new things, Lauren appreciates how even the smallest treatments can transform a person. She founded Womankind in 2004. Over the years, she has enjoyed the journey of expanding the salons and developing a phenomenal team of innovative professionals. The salons offer expert top beauty services designed to provide a non-judgmental space where clients can unwind and be pampered.

As her career progressed, her interests shifted toward anti-ageing, skincare, and non-invasive aesthetics, which have become her specialties. She loves working with clients to help them achieve their skin and body goals. Her favorite treatments include Microneedling, Cryopen, Anti wrinkle treatments and skin rejuvenation.

Salon Manager

Roisin began her journey with the salon in 2010 as a work experience student and officially joined the team in January 2012. Now proudly serving as salon manager, she is passionate about driving the salon to new heights and continually expanding her skills within her role. She thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and finds real joy in meeting new people. At this stage in her career, she particularly enjoys skin and waxing treatments, while continuing to develop her expertise in nail techniques to make her work truly stand out. Outside of the salon, she is a proud mum to two beautiful daughters and embraces the rewarding journey of being a young mum. 

Salon Supervisor

As the salon supervisor, Jenna has been a valued member of the team since 2017. She specialises in nail treatments, facials, and makeup applications, and has always had a strong passion for skincare and beauty. Her favourite part of the role is helping clients feel confident and supporting them in achieving their skincare goals. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and indulging in the occasional bit of retail therapy. Dedicated to her craft, she truly loves being a beauty therapist and is excited about what the future holds.

Therapist

Inez first joined the salon in May 2018 for work experience and was thrilled to be offered a position shortly afterward. She is now a fully qualified beauty therapist, holding an HND in Beauty Therapy. Passionate about continuous learning, she is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills to meet the needs of her clients. A valued member of the team, she particularly enjoys delivering nail treatments, eyelash extensions, and waxing services.

Receptionist

Murrin began working at the salon in October 2021 as a receptionist. With a long-standing interest in the beauty industry, she has a passion for all types of makeup and enjoys learning new techniques and styles. She also has a growing interest in nails and is qualified in acrylic applications. Outside of work, she loves attending dance classes in her spare time.
